Custom orders are processed within 3-5 weeks, and shipping costs apply. Premade items typically ship within 24 hours of order processing. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing and shipping times may be extended by a few days. Please allow additional time for delivery. If your order experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

Thank you for supporting our business. we hope you love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, please contact us via email to discuss eligibility for a full refund or store credit.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Custom embroidered items are non-returnable. Sale items are final and cannot be returned.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us via email as soon as possible.

 

Return Eligibility & Process

Approved returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the purchase date. Items must be new, unused, and include all original tags and labels. Please place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase and return authorization confirmation. Mail your return to the address provided in your authorization.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

 

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow up to 10 days for processing. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your card issuer. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.
